⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable sushi experience! I walked all the way from the Rosen Plaza Hotel to eat at Icharo Sushi Bar in the Hyatt Regency Orlando, and it was worth every single step. This was easily one of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had. Chef Philip, Jackson, and German are true artists. Every piece of sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with amazing flavor. You can tell they take tremendous pride in their craft, and it shows in every bite. Julie provided exceptional service from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The Rocco’s roll and scallop sashimi were exceptional and the scallop was like melted butter. The combination of outstanding sushi, talented chefs, and first-class service makes Icharo Sushi Bar a hidden gem in Orlando. I would gladly make the walk from Rosen Plaza again just to eat here. If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality sushi and an unforgettable dining experience, this is the place. Highly recommended!

AMAZING experience. Chef Philip, Jackson and Gennan made the most beautiful and delicious sushi. My amazing server Julie was the cherry on top! You have got to try the Lovetts roll. I loved it so much i had a bit of nigiri as well. The scallops were like BUTTER and that Jalapeno and yuzu paste are 🔥🔥🔥

You know how you stop to eat sushi, mind you it’s at an eatery inside a hotel, that you’re hopeful for a good meal? Well, I must say Chef and his Team are here to dispel that mindset. I started with the Icharo Specialty Roll and the Icharo Mule. Sorry, no pictures to share as I was caught up in how delectable both were I needed a moment of pause. I did not eat I experienced what Chef prepared. I conveyed my appreciation for the meal he prepared for me. I sat there to take it in. After about 10 minutes I ordered the Spicy Tuna Specialty Roll with an Icharo Mule. This time I share a photo to realize I’m about to have my next experience. Oh my! the tuna was incredibly fresh, sweet, and gently slid down the back of my throat. If this is how sushi is supposed to taste then I have been eating it wrong all along — here in America. The staff and service were wonderful but the Chefs preparing the meals make it memorable experience.

I had an absolutely amazing birthday dinner here! The waitress was so kind and quick to obtain our order. I highly recommend coming here to enjoy an evening out.

The restaurant is really nice.Julie the server was really nice suggested drinks and the bottle water came really fast.The sushi was fantastic never had sushi so good. Philip the sushi chef came to the table and ask how was everything excellent services. We are coming back very soon.
